A compact back-garden refit completed in May 2026 — porcelain patio off the back door, stepping-stone path across a new artificial lawn, and a hard-wearing finish that needs almost nothing to keep it looking sharp.

1 Stage 1 of 3
Patio sub-base & first slabs
Sub-base prepped and the first run of large-format porcelain slabs going down off the back door. Lines are set off the house and worked outward to keep the joints true.

2 Stage 2 of 3
Stepping stones bedded in
Stepping-stone pavers laid on a compacted gravel bed, levelled with a rotary laser before the artificial lawn went down around them.

3 Stage 3 of 3
Lawn down — handover
Artificial grass laid and dressed, stepping stones tying the patio to the back door. One more pass of grouting and the job's complete.
