Meet Stuart
Owner-led, end-to-end project management
PBLS is led by Stuart Phillips, drawing on three decades of local experience across new builds, extensions, renovations, hard landscaping and swimming pools. Every project is managed personally — coordinating trades, programme and finishes so the client has a single point of contact from first conversation to final handover.
Stuart still spends his days on the tools when a job calls for it — recently flown over to a multi-year landscaping project in Staffordshire to lead the headline build on site with the PBLS team.
