The journey
Before
The courtyard had been left to fend for itself — patchy lawn, scrubby ground and a retaining wall in need of attention. The brief was simple: a clean, hard-wearing surface the owners could put furniture on and actually use.
During
We stripped the surface back, prepared a solid sub-base and laid the porcelain tiles to a consistent fall for drainage. The wall was cleaned up and the courtyard edges tidied as part of the same visit.
After
A clean, level, low-maintenance courtyard finished in light grey porcelain. Ready for furniture, easy to keep clean and a far better use of the space.
