A good patio starts below the surface. Every patio and terrace we lay starts with a properly compacted sub-base, correct falls and drainage thought through — so the finish stays flat, dry and solid for decades, not seasons.

We work in large-format porcelain and natural stone, set on a stable bedding mortar with precision spacing. Level changes, steps and retaining details are handled as part of the same build, so the whole space works together rather than being pieced together trade by trade.

Recent work includes a full back-garden transformation in St Saviour — porcelain patio, new fencing and artificial turf — and a patio and lawn rebuild finished with stepping stones and clean planting lines. You can see the before, during and after of each on the project pages.
